All inspections are performed using an inspection software program. All Data is inputed into my computer as I inspect. I also take digital pictures of all areas of the property, all major components, any area that might be informational to the client and of course any areas that are damaged or considered improperly constructed or unsafe in any way. All photos are reviewed with the client at the end of the inspection and then inputed into the report. The report is emailed to the client once it is reviewed and edited.
